B Vitamins

There are eight B vitamins, like most vitamins, B vitamins are essential for bodily functions. The human body
can't produce B vitamins. Therefore, It must come from foods or supplements. Listed below are each
individual B Vitamin.

symptoms.
Second, they help the body in cell reproductions. Whenever your body needs new replacements from injury,
metabolisms or sicknesses, Vitamin B helps your body reproducing the needed part.
Third, they are helpful against heart problems and improving heart health. It's has been shown that there are
three B vitamins found to be helpful in heart problems. These B Vitamins are B6 (pyridoxine), B9 (Folic acid),
and B12 (cobalamin), which break down homocysteine in your blood, this help in the prevention of heart
attacks. The higher your level of these three B Vitamins, the healthier your heart will be. The people with the
highest B levels cut their risk of a heart attack in half.

B Vitamins are also essential in the breakdown of carbohydrates into glucose, which in turns provides energy
for the body. Also, B Vitamins help the functioning of the nervous system by breaking down fats and protein.

Most multivitamin-mineral products include the B-complex alongside with the rest of the essential vitamins
and minerals. Multiple vitamin-mineral supplements are recommended to improve overall micronutrient intake
and prevent deficiencies, since they are more complete than B-complex vitamins alone.
